Our Annual Concord Creek Spring Cleanup will be Saturday April 23 at 9am; rain date will be the next day, Sunday April 24, same time.
Meeting location will be at the Hoots Residence (same place we have always met), Thanks Jim and Michong for letting us meet up at your driveway.
Hoots are at the outside of the bend of Concord Creek Drive (7122 W Concord).
We will meet up at the Hoots driveway, and split up into teams. Please bring a garbage bag and some gloves are a good idea. Put the garage bag you collect in your own bin.
Thanks to all those to have participated in the past, and who continue to help keep our subdivision clean and beautiful !

Feel free to use our subdivision web site for conversation, and I will post some photos on there from the cleanup and winter party

Just as an early heads up – we will be mailing your 2016 homeowners dues in May, complete payment of $975 is due by June 30, 2016.

We pay the full year for waste pickup in January. For 2017 we will be discussing a collection schedule in closer alignment with the timing of our subdivision bills.
