Updates from Scott – 6.16.16

Concordians,

The Meter Pit should be coming in the next day or two. The water service install should start next week, with the irrigation starting the week after.
Due to the delays with the city, and delays getting part; we will be doing a modified planting due to late start, and full plant next year.

Our landscaper has been doing weeding and trimming of the beds, as we wait, and that has helped clean things up front.
He is also going to trim the trees as some of the front has become overgrown, and there are some dead bushes.

Does any have a pole Bulb Changer I can borrow for 5 minutes ? We have a 20’ ceiling in our great room with 4 can lights, and I have a 12’ ladder and 7’ reach. I am switching to LED bulbs, so won’t have to change them for 23 years. I wanted to see if someone had one to borrow before I go out and buy one (that I will never use again).
